Job Description :
Under general direction provides technical support to customers, diagnosing problems, recommending workarounds, answering questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. Conveys customer feedback to product development staff. Possesses significant knowledge of company’s products used by customers. Responsible for managing customer expectations and project deliverables, and providing cross-functional escalation and communication.

Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience : 4+ years
 Location: Uttar Pradesh

1.Solid networking concepts
2.Linux/Windows administration (basic understanding like user/Group creation, AD, LDAP, exchange, Apache)
3. Concepts on Antivirus,SPAM/Malware & URL/ App filtering is desirable
4.Hands on experience on Storage technologies like SAN/NAS is a PLUS
5.Experience in cryptography is desirable.
6.Knowledge of network security desirable.
7.Experience on Content Filtering is a PLUS.
